TAB is seeking a Racetrack Team Lead for our Oncourse team to drive race day operations across venues. You will oversee teams on the ground, ensuring protected, customer-focused experiences and smooth logistics.
Reporting to the State Manager, you will lead staffing, coordinate venues, support technical set-up, and build strong relationships with clubs and stakeholders while delivering on key Oncourse initiatives.
