A Medical Receptionist position in a busy medical practice in Maribyrnong. This is a casual position to start, approximately 2 days per week, with the prospect to move into a permanent part-time position in the future.
Key responsibilities
Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service
Answering phones and managing patient enquiries
Booking and managing appointments
Processing payments and Medicare claims
General reception and administrative duties
Working as part of a supportive team
About you
Friendly, professional and approachable
Reliable and well organised
Confident working in a busy medical reception environment
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Experienced with Best Practice software an advantage
Flexible and available to cover staff annual leave and sick days when required
Previous medical reception experience is highly regarded
Friendly team environment
Flexible casual hours to start
Opportunity for the position to grow into regular part-time hours
