The Role

As Business Development Manager (NSW), you will be responsible for growing existing accounts while identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities. You’ll manage key client relationships, build a robust sales pipeline, and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver consistent commercial outcomes. Success will be measured through new revenue generation, client retention, and your ability to provide valuable market insight.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase revenue through upselling, cross-selling,



and deeper service penetration
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across target industries
- Manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and long-term value
- Build and maintain a balanced pipeline of existing account and new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Lead contract negotiations, including pricing, renewals, and agreements
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver effective client solutions

Required Experience

The successful candidate will have prior experience within packaging, cleaning, or hygiene products, with a strong track record of working with both distribution partners and end users.
