National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking an APS6 National Contact Centre Auslan Service Officer Team Leader in Bankstown NSW. You will lead a team delivering accessible Auslan support to Deaf and hard of hearing participants, navigating the NDIS, resolving enquiries and enabling access to services.

The role requires fluent Auslan, live video communication skills, and leadership experience in a complex contact centre.
