We’re currently looking for a hands‑on Sales Assistant – Industrial / Trade to join our friendly and high-performing team in Fyshwick, Canberra.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver exceptional customer service in-store, via phone and email

Assist industrial and trade customers with product advice and sales

Manage stock, receive/dispatch goods, and maintain displays

Support product demos, upselling, and promotions

Safely handle gas cylinders and assist with general yard/forklift work

Maintain a clean and compliant store environment

What makes you excellent

Strong communication and customer service skills

Self‑motivated and comfortable in a fast‑paced retail/trade setting

Good attention to detail and time management





Basic to intermediate computer skills (SAP experience a bonus)

Physically fit – this role includes manual handling tasks

Forklift licence (preferred) or willingness to obtain

Experience in industrial, welding or safety products is ideal but not essential as we will provide product knowledge and training the for right candidates
