You’ll initially work across our field services and support functions, gaining valuable hands‑on experience across all aspects of property management. For the right person, this is a genuine growth role with the chance to progress into managing your own portfolio.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Property Maintenance & Management
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of properties
- Coordinate property exits and entries, ensuring all procedures are followed
- Liaise with Property Managers to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist in addressing maintenance issues and tenant inquiries promptly
- Utilising modern property technology, including 360-degree cameras and digital inspection software
Administrative & Compliance Support
- Assist with managing property-related paperwork and ensure compliance
- Help maintain accurate records and databases related to property management
About you
- We’re looking for someone who:
- Ideally has 6+ months in the industry or in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- A proactive, team‑focused mindset with a passion for real estate
- Has a genuine interest in developing a long‑term career in Property Management
- Is confident communicating with clients and tenants
- Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Has a positive, proactive attitude and enjoys being part of a team
- Holds a current driver’s licence
