Join APCO Bairnsdale as an experienced Barista/Deli Sandwich Hand. This position requires an energetic and team-focused candidate with prior experience in a rapid-paced kitchen/café environment. Barista making, cooking and prep work are all essential requirements of this position, where delicious food, great coffee and exceptional customer service are always on offer. Hours will be day and afternoon, with weekend availability a must. Immediate start available.

- Barista making and coffee preparation
- Cooking and food preparation
- Deli and sandwich preparation
- Providing prompt and reliable service in a fast-paced workplace
- Accurate cash transactions
- Store presentation, merchandising and stock management
- Maintaining optimal store cleanliness and hygiene at all times

About you





- Previous experience in Hospitality and Kitchen/Cafes including barista skills and cooking and food preparation essential
- Ability to work in fast paced environment offering prompt and reliable service
- Maturity, trustworthiness and honesty
- Accuracy relating to cash transactions
- Relevant food handling qualifications and an understanding of all food safety and hygiene requirements desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Dynamic and team focused personality
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
