What you’ll be doing
Welcome & Arrival Experience
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all guests
- Manage guest registration and visitor records
- Oversee meeting room bookings
- Provide support for onsite events
Share & Communicate
- Manage shared inboxes and respond to general enquiries
- Answer incoming calls and provide directions or assistance
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and visitors
Collaborate & Support
- Coordinate inventory and supplies
- Assist with invoicing and ad hoc administrative tasks
- Support catering and event requirements
- Ensure meeting rooms are reset, refreshed, and ready for use
