About the Role:

- Daily cleaning and presentation of guest rooms — making every stay feel special
- Keeping all guest, public and staff areas sparkling clean and tidy
- Reporting any maintenance issues (because you care about the little things!)
- Answering guest questions with a warm smile and helpful attitude
