Kindikids is looking for Cert III Trainees

We are looking for individuals who enjoy being around children and are committed to completing their Certificate III qualification while working in ECEC.

About the role:

Locations: Five Dock, NSW

Role Type: Full Time

This is a full-time position where you will complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC)



while gaining hands‑on experience in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Act as a vigilant advocate for child safety, ensuring strict adherence to child protection protocols, active supervision, and the absolute psychological and physical safety of all children.

Assist in the planning and implementation of high-quality, developmentally appropriate educational programs.

Foster positive, secure, and respectful relationships with children, families, your team, and the wider community.

Participate in ongoing career development to continuously elevate your skills and knowledge.

Adhere to all Kindikids policies, procedures, and national regulations governing early childhood education and care.

What we are looking for:

Currently enrolled or wanting to enroll in Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care

A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their care and education.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Enthusiasm for learning.

A responsible and reliable approach to your work.

Mandatory Compliance & Clearances:

A current and verified Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
