Key responsibilities
- Handle telephone and reception duties as required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional office environment
- Perform job-specific filing, emailing, and faxing
- Update and maintain project documentation
- Track project progress and follow up on outstanding action items
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of staff and project activities
- Review employee timesheets for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and issue quotes to clients
- Submit monthly progress claims
- Monitor and track financial performance of projects
