By Design Chiropractic is on the lookout for a warm, switched-on Chiropractic Assistant to join our energetic team! Whether you’ve worked in health care, customer service, sales, retail or admin, we want someone who loves people, pays attention to detail, and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Greeting patients and managing the check-in and check-out process
- Answering phones, booking appointments, and keeping our schedule humming
- Managing payments (EFTPOS, etc.) and keeping accurate daily records
- Supporting patient follow-up systems and retention processes
- Keeping our practice clean, stocked, and ready to go
- Supporting our chiropractors in delivering an exceptional care experience
- Contributing to internal marketing, community events, and our positive team culture

The Details

Permanent part time role of 33 hours per week

$28-$33 per hour (dependent on experience)

Opportunity to progress to Team Leader

Availability Monday/Tues/Weds/Thurs from 7am to 7:30pm. You will be doing split shifts across these times. Enjoy a long weekend every weekend!

Complete in-house training (weekly training) and 3-month on-boarding plan
