ALBA ITALIAN RESTAURANT PTY LTD – Newtown NSW is seeking an experienced Bar Attendant to manage beverage preparation and bar service within our Newtown restaurant. The successful applicant will prepare beverages, support restaurant service and maintain a well-stocked bar operation.
The role requires availability across a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Knowledge of Italian wine and cocktails is highly regarded; NSW RSA certificate is required.
