The firm is fully cloud-based on Xero and runs a team of around 15, supported by 2 offshore accountants who assist with lower-level compliance work. Due to continued fee growth the partners require a Senior Manager/Associate Director to join the practice.

Due to continued fee growth the partners require a Senior Manager/Associate Director to join the practice.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the two partners, you will quickly be handed responsibility for your own portfolio of fees.
Your day-to-day will span both compliance and advisory work, including:
- Reviewing Compliance work from the team
- Preparation and presentation of specilaist tax work
- Drafting tax structuring and minimisation strategies
- Reviewing the work of onshore and offshore team members
- Quarterly management reporting and analysis
- Ad hoc advisory engagements, including transactions

YOU
Having spent several years in another practice, you will hold your CA or CPA qualification and be ready to take the next step in your career. Experience in manging staff and running a portfolio of fees highly desirable.
