As a Warehouse Storeperson – Freight Handler, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of freight through our warehouse. This is a physically active, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being on the move and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

- Receiving, sorting and dispatching freight
- Scanning and tracking freight using warehouse systems
- Loading and unloading vehicles and containers
- Safely operating manual handling equipment
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
- Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times

About you

- Reliable, punctual and committed to safety
- Physically capable of performing the inherent requirements of the role, including regular lifting and carrying of items up to 22kg, frequent standing, walking and bending throughout your shift, and repetitive manual handling tasks
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented with good accuracy when handling freight




- Willing to learn and follow warehouse procedures
- Desirable: Experience with customs-controlled or bonded freight
- Desirable: Experience with import and export operations
- Desirable: Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Desirable: Experience in freight, transport or logistics environments
