Mercer is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Change and Transformation team, based in Melbourne or Sydney. This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office weekly and will support a large rebrand within the Mercer Super Portfolio function.
You will analyse business needs, elicit requirements, support solution design, and help deliver outcomes for the organisation and clients. The role is a 12-month fixed term contract with opportunities to contribute across projects.
