Customer Service & Scheduling Specialist - Full time

Bathroom Werx is looking for a confident, organised and people-focused Customer Service & Scheduling Specialist to join our team.

What you’ll be doing

- Taking inbound customer calls and responding to emails
- Helping customers with enquiries about our products and services
- Booking and managing customer appointments
- Coordinating and scheduling technicians
- Scheduling sales representatives
- Supporting our field team with job coordination




- Processing orders and assisting with account administration
- Resolving customer issues calmly, professionally and with empathy
- Keeping customer information and interactions accurately recorded
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of our products and services
- Working closely with the team to continually improve the customer experience
- Taking care of general administration to keep everything running smoothly

About you

We’re looking for someone who is mature, reliable, switched-on and genuinely enjoys dealing with people.

You’ll ideally have:

- Previous customer service or administration experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organisational and time-management skills
- Great attention to detail
- Confidence speaking with customers on the phone
- Good computer skills and experience with email and Microsoft Office
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing track of the details
- A practical, can-do attitude
- A team-first approach and a willingness to pitch in when needed
- A genuine desire to help customers and find solutions

Bathroom industry experience is not required — we’ll teach you what you need to know.
