We currently have an prospect for a customer centric, results orientated Client Coordinator to join our Business Partnerships team. The role is focused on supporting an account team in driving client growth and relationship management, delivering a high level of customer service to both our major clients as well as our internal customers.

Key responsibilities

Be the main contact for day-to-day operational issues across Australia.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers and internal teams.

Respond to customer questions and provide helpful, timely support.

Support National Account Managers to make sure customers receive a high level of service.

Monitor customer performance and make sure agreed service levels and KPIs are met.

Look for ways to improve processes and make the customer experience better.

Prepare regular reports for National Account Managers and customers.

Manage contracts from start to finish, including renewals and ongoing requirements.

About you

You’ll ideally have:





At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably working with vehicle manufacturers (OEMs), dealerships or fleet management.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Confidence presenting information and influencing others.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

A practical, problem-solving mindset and the ability to learn quickly.

Strong organisation and time-management skills.

The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

A strong customer focus and the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
