I'm partnering with a globally recognised engineering consultancy that's growing its Brisbane Building Services team, with a strong pipeline of complex, high-profile projects across Queensland and nationally.

This opportunity could suit an established Senior Mechanical Engineer, or a high-performing Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years' consulting experience ready to step into a more senior role.

And you don't need to already be in Brisbane. I'm keen to speak with engineers locally, interstate and in New Zealand, with relocation support available for the right person.

The Projects

The current pipeline includes:

- Defence
- Transport & Infrastructure
- Major Civic Developments
- Significant Brisbane and Olympic-related projects

You’ll be involved in the design and delivery of technically challenging Mechanical Building Services projects, working closely with clients, architects, contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

The Team

You’ll join an established Brisbane Building Services team with robust local capability and access to a broader national network of technical specialists.

The leadership team is technically strong, approachable and leads by example. There is a good mix of experienced, long‑term staff and talented engineers coming through the ranks, with an open and collaborative culture where people talk through ideas, share knowledge and take ownership of their work.

While most of your day‑to‑day collaboration will be with your Brisbane colleagues,



you’ll also have opportunities to work alongside interstate teams on major projects delivered across multiple offices.

About You

I’d be keen to speak with Mechanical Building Services Engineers who have:

- 5+ years' consulting experience
- Confidence working directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ideally, you’ll be Chartered and RPEQ registered, with the capability to review and sign off on designs and documentation.

However, if you’re actively working towards Chartered and RPEQ status and are approaching that milestone, I’d still encourage you to get in touch.

You don’t necessarily need to already have Senior Engineer in your title. If you’re operating at that level and ready for the next step, I’d be interested in speaking with you.
