About the Role
As an educator, you will:
- Build positive and meaningful relationships with children and families
- Create safe, engaging, and inclusive environments
- Plan and implement experiences that respond to children's interests and developmental needs
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the educational program
- Support a positive team culture through collaboration and professionalism
- Maintain high standards of supervision, care, and compliance
What We're Looking For
We're seeking educators who:
- Have strong availability across the week, with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons essential
- Are committed, reliable, and demonstrate a solid work ethic
- Are committed to being a consistent presence for children, families, and colleagues
- Are looking for a long-term opportunity rather than a short-term position
- Have experience working in OSHC, Long Day Care, Kindergarten, or another education and care setting (highly regarded)
- Have experience contributing to or leading educational programs
- Demonstrate initiative and can work confidently within established systems
- Value consistency and understand the importance of their role in children's lives
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues
- Take pride in maintaining professional standards
Requirements
- Current Blue Card
- Certificate III, Diploma, or ACECQA-approved qualification (or actively working towards)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid work rights in Australia
