Sales Position - Full Time Furniture specialist

As a Furniture & Appliance Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for delivering a great customer experience from the moment a customer walks through the door. While furniture will be your key area of focus, you'll also work across the entire store and help customers with a broad range of products. You'll take the time to understand what each customer needs, provide genuine advice and help them find the right products for their home and budget.

Key responsibilities

Deliver a great customer experience from the moment a customer walks through the door

Work across furniture, refrigeration, laundry, cooking appliances, small appliances, televisions and home entertainment, air conditioning and other home living products

Understand what each customer needs and provide genuine advice

Help customers find the right products for their home and budget

Approach customers confidently and start conversations

Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions

Work well as part of a team

About you

Has a genuine passion for furniture, home styling and interiors

Enjoys sales and building relationships with customers

Is confident approaching customers and starting conversations

Can identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions

Is willing to learn and sell across all areas of the store

Has solid communication and people skills

Takes pride in providing excellent customer service

Is motivated by achieving sales targets

Works well as part of a team

Is reliable, positive and willing to get involved
