Gosford RSL Club continues to go from strength to strength, and we're looking for experienced and reliable Part Time orCasual Chefs and Cooks to join our kitchen team.

As a valued part of our kitchen team, you will:

- Prepare and present high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations
- Collaborate with the team on daily service and menu development
- Contribute to seasonal specials, themed menus and events
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
- Support a positive and respectful kitchen culture

We’re looking for someone who:





- Has experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
- Is adaptable and available across breakfast, lunch and dinner services
- Stays calm under pressure and works well in a team
- Has strong food safety knowledge and kitchen hygiene practices
- Has strong availabilityto work across a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays
