Uniting Parramatta is seeking a Continuing Care Team Clinician to provide evidence-based clinical case management for youth facing early psychosis. The role focuses on recovery-oriented care for young people aged 12-25, with a multidisciplinary team and supervision support.

The position is full time, 12-month max-term, based at headspace Parramatta with hybrid work options. NSW Driver's Licence and AHPRA registration eligibility are required, with a competitive hourly rate and benefits.
