Full Potential Paediatrics delivers evidence-based, individualised programs designed to meet the unique needs of children. We are seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team across our clinics in Ashfield and Rooty Hill.

Role Overview:
As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist Team you will:
- Manage a Tailored Caseload:
Maintain a reduced caseload focused on your preferred paediatric specialty areas
- Collaborate as part of a multi-disciplinary team: Work alongside a diverse team, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists & podiatry, to deliver comprehensive client care
- Serve Diverse Paediatric Clients: Provide services to NDIS and private clients, with a focus on fine and gross motor skills, social skills, sensory processing, and sensory integration
- Enjoy a Flexible Work Model: Enjoy both clinic-based work and the option for school/pool/home visits
What You Will Need:
- To be passionate about helping kids reach their full potential
- Be fun, creative and innovative as you help your clients achieve their goals
- Be able to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team in person and over the phone
- To hold a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) and have current AHPRA registration
- Have at least twelve months experience working as an Occupational Therapist in paediatrics
- Be motivated to manage others as the Occupational Therapy team grows
- Have unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Have a WWCC or be able to obtain one
