Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop a team of cybersecurity analysts
- Coordinate workloads, priorities and operational activities across the team
- Manage rostering and help ensure effective service coverage
- Support the delivery of threat intelligence, vulnerability management and incident support services
- Monitor operational performance, ticket queues and service delivery metrics
- Assist analysts with escalations and operational challenges when required
- Identify practical opportunities to improve processes, services and team effectiveness
- Work with leadership to align operational priorities with organisational goals
- Foster a collaborative, customer-focused and high-performing team culture

About You

You may be a Cyber Security Team Lead, SOC Lead, Senior Analyst, Threat Intelligence Lead or Cyber Operations Manager looking for a role where people leadership is a key focus. Most importantly, you are someone who enjoys supporting and developing technical teams while maintaining enough cybersecurity expertise to provide guidance and credibility.

You'll bring:

- Experience leading, mentoring or managing cybersecurity professionals
- A background in cyber operations, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, incident response or a related discipline
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities
- Experience managing operational service delivery in a complex environment
- The ability to build trust, manage different personalities and create team engagement
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant qualifications and/or industry certifications in cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure or related fields
