Kummara Limited and Infinity Community Solutions Ltd operate the Kinship & Foster Care Service in South East Queensland. We are seeking a Case Worker to assess, train, support and monitor care placements for children and young people with complex needs.

Based at Marsden or Arundel, you will conduct home visits, arrange placement plans, provide afterhours on-call support, and work within the Family Partnership Model to improve wellbeing and stability for families.
