Worklocker Sunshine Coast is a locally owned business with three stores - Maroochydore, Kawana and Morayfield - plus our own garment decoration facility. We stock the brands that matter: FXD, Steel Blue, CAT, Blundstone, Mongrel and more. We look after tradies, industrial workers and businesses across the region, every single day.

The role

This is a hands-on job. You'll be on the floor, leading from the front, not behind a desk. You'll own the store's performance - the team, the numbers, the presentation, the customer relationships - and you'll have owners who back you to actually run it.

Day to day, you'll:

- Lead, coach and roster a team of full-time and casual staff, and build a culture people want to work in
- Own your sales budget and KPIs, and know your numbers well enough to act on them daily
- Grow trade and B2B accounts in your local patch - this is where the real upside sits
- Keep stock, merchandising and store presentation sharp
- Manage cash handling, banking and end-of-day





What you'll bring

- 3+ years managing a retail store - workwear, safety, footwear, hardware or another trade-facing category is ideal
- A real interest in the industry, or the appetite to learn it fast
- Genuine leadership: you can build a team, motivate them, and hold them accountable
- A track record of hitting targets and growing a store
- Confidence with POS, stock management and reporting (Retail Express a bonus)
- Availability for a Saturday rotation
