Southern Cross Fertilisers is seeking an experienced geology leader to manage the geology team at Phosphate Hill Mine in North Queensland. You will oversee grade control, resource management and geotechnical oversight to support safe and productive mining operations.

Reporting to the Technical Services Superintendent, you will lead the Mineral Resource modelling, manage drilling programs and coordinate with mine planning, survey and processing teams to maximise resource value.
