- Dial in grinders and maintain consistent espresso quality throughout the day
- Froth milk perfectly and pour high-quality coffee efficiently under pressure
- Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service to regulars and new guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic coffee station
- Work collaboratively as a reliable team player

- Proven experience in a similar fast-paced barista role
- Solid ability to handle high-volume periods with a positive attitude
