1 x Trade Assistant / Welders Assistant – Keysborough Immediate Start $40.00

Resource Labour Hire is currently seeking 2 x Trade Assistants / Welder Assistants to join a busy manufacturing plant based in Keysborough . These are ongoing casual roles with strong potential for permanent employment

What’s on Offer

- $35.00 per hour casual rate + super

- Morning shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm (some flexibility available)

- Ongoing work with consistent hours

- Overtime paid at penalty rates

- Immediate start once registered and inducted

- Supportive team environment

- Potential permanent position after 13 weeks

Your Role

You will be working closely with welders and robotic welding systems to support daily production, including:

- Assisting welders and robotic welding operations

- Grinding and sanding metal frames

- Basic welding, frame work,



jigs, and general maintenance

- Loading and unloading materials

- General labouring and workshop duties

Please note: This is a hands-on, physically demanding role. It’s not glamorous, but it’s essential to keeping the plant running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

- Reliable and hardworking Trade Assistants / Labourers

- Comfortable using power tools , including grinders

- Willing to get hands-on with metal work and work in a dirty environment

- Previous welding or fabrication experience is an advantage, but not essential

- Robust work ethic and positive attitude

- LF Forklift License
