Permanent Part-Time shifts available in a stand-alone residential aged care home in Highgate Hill providing personalised support to older adults, many of whom come from a Greek cultural background. You will provide high-quality personal care, emotional support, and daily living assistance within a small, dedicated team in a homelike environment.
Key responsibilities

Support residents in a culturally respectful way, including understanding Greek traditions, values, and communication styles
Contribute to a calm, safe, and dignified living environment
About you
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
Experience in residential aged care essential
Kind, patient, and resident-focused approach
Ability to communicate respectfully with residents and families
Understanding of Greek culture or willingness to learn
