WE ARE HIRING – DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER
Permanent Part-Time | 25+ Hours Per Week

KB Infinity Support is looking for amotivated, caring and energetic Support Worker to join our team supporting a38-year-old female participant living withAutism and Cerebral Palsy .

This role is perfect for someone who enjoysbuilding genuine connections, supporting independence and bringing positive energy to their work.

About the Role

This is primarily1:1 support , working closely with a wonderful female participant bothin the home and out in the community .

Support will include:

- Community access – getting out and about, activities and appointments
- Encouraging independence with everyday tasks
- Providing motivation and positive support
- Building trust and connection

The role will also includeSupported Independent Living (SIL) shifts in the home , supportinganother female participant as part of a small, supportive team environment.

Hours & Shifts





- Permanent Part-Time –25+ hours per week
- Sleepover shifts included
- Every second weekend required

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Patient and understanding
- Positive with outstanding energy
- A great communicator
- Passionate about disability support
- Calm and supportive when managing mild behaviours that can arise during everyday routines

Qualifications

- Certificate III in Individual Support (preferred but not essential)

Requirements

- Driver’s Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)

There is alsopotential for growth into a Team Leader role as our services continue to grow.
