About the Role

As a Personal Care Attendant you'll provide tailored care, assisting with:

- Personal Care
- Manual Handling
- Domestic Assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep)
- Transport & Community Access (escorted and unescorted shifts)
- Meal Preparation (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)

You will be a key part of our clients' lives, offering emotional support, facilitating social interaction, and helping them reach their personal goals.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: Preferred2years experience as a PCA
- Weekday availability8am–5pm (Mon - Wed is required)
- Minimum20 hours per week
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Experience supporting clients withvision impairment
- Willing to completestand‑alone cleaningtasks
- Comfortable travelling throughout Bendigo
