Anytime Fitness Tarneit is looking for an ambitious Personal Trainer who wants to establish a strong client base and build a long-term fitness business.

Instead of simply giving you access to a gym and hoping you work everything out, you'll have access to structured onboarding, business mentoring and practical systems covering the areas that drive PT growth.

Turn members into long-term clients

We'll support you with:

- 1:1 business mentoring
- Structured onboarding and early-business planning
- Member engagement and client-acquisition strategies
- Consultation and follow-up systems
- Sales and communication development
- Client-retention and service coaching
- Ongoing education and accountability

What you'll do





You’ll provide individualised Personal Training and deliver coaching that gives clients a reason to keep working with you.

You’ll also actively build your business.

That means meeting members, starting conversations, conducting consultations, following opportunities up and establishing yourself as a trusted coach inside the club.

This opportunity suits someone who wants control over their career while still having experienced people around them to provide direction.

What you’ll need

- Certificate III & IV in Fitness, or currently completing them
- First Aid & CPR
- Solid communication skills
- A proactive and resilient mindset
- The willingness to be coached
- Genuine ambition to build your own business
