Clarence Village Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Carer Aged Care to join our team in Grafton, NSW. This part-time position is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults and contribute to the overall wellbeing of our residents.

What you’ll be doing

- Providing personalised care and support to our aged care residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitoring and documenting residents’ health and wellbeing, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure a holistic approach to resident care

What we’re looking for

- Relevant qualifications in Aged Care, such as a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing)
- Experience in providing direct personal care to older adults, preferably in a residential aged care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to empathise and build positive relationships with residents and their families
- A compassionate and patient approach, with a genuine commitment to enhancing the quality of life for older adults
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A current National Police Check and a valid driver’s licence
