Disability Support Worker – Casual (Dubbo NSW) Salary: $35–$40 per hour

- Start: Immediately
- Location: Dubbo NSW 2830

As a Disability Support Worker you will provide high-quality personal care and assisted daily living support to youth and adults with disability. This full-time, junior-level position is ideal for someone with 1–2 years' experience who wants to develop their career in an energetic, supportive workplace. Key Duties Deliver personal care and assisted daily living support tailored to individual plans.

Assist with mobility, medication prompts, meal preparation and hygiene needs. Support participants in community access, social inclusion and skill development. Provide youth support services with empathy, patience and safety-focused practice.

Maintain accurate, timely records and communicate effectively with families and the care team. Contribute to positive behaviour support plans and follow health and safety procedures. Who

The ideal candidate will be reliable, compassionate,



and committed to continuous improvement. Essential Requirements 1–2 years' experience in disability or home and community care roles preferred. Full Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community visits.

International Driver’s Licence acceptable where relevant to eligibility and role requirements. Current Police Check and Working

With Children Check, or willingness to obtain them immediately. Current first aid and CPR certification or willingness to complete training promptly. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans and protocols.
