Bendigo Primary Care Centre (BPCC) , is growing — creating a unique and rare opportunity for an accomplished senior Registered Nurse to join our senior leadership team in the high-profile and influential role of Clinical Services Manager .
Reporting directly to the Executive Officer/General Manager, the Clinical Services Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across nursing services, clinical governance, quality and safety, workforce capability, multidisciplinary care and clinical service development. Working closely with medical, nursing and operational leaders, you will play a central role in ensuring our community continues to receive safe, coordinated and patient-centred care as BPCC grows and evolves its diverse range of primary care and urgent care services.
This is a significant opportunity for a career-oriented Nurse leader ready to take the next step beyond traditional nursing leadership . You will help shape high-performing clinical teams and systems, strengthen multidisciplinary models of care, lead clinical governance and accreditation activities, and support the integration of allied health, specialist and visiting healthcare services across the organisation.
