About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative in our high-volume call centre, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing a large number of inbound enquiries each day. You will provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently and deliver a positive customer experience while working across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for people who enjoy helping customers, working in a fast-paced environment and delivering a consistently high standard of service.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Salisbury, Greater Brisbane . **please note: This role will be moving to our new, purpose built facility in Heritage Park later this year.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls

- Resolve enquiries efficiently, professionally and accurately

- Update customer details and case notes across multiple systems

- Identify customer needs and provide explicit next steps or solutions

- Escalate complex enquiries where required

- Meet agreed quality, productivity and service-level targets

About You

You are a confident and customer-focused communicator who enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment. You can manage back-to-back calls while remaining professional, empathetic and solutions-focused. You are comfortable navigating multiple systems,



have strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering a positive customer experience. Previous call centre or high-volume customer service experience will be highly regarded as well as:

- Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills

- Comfortable managing back-to-back calls in a fast-paced environment

- Able to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers

- Resilient, reliable and solution-focused

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience
