About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, safety‑focused Grass Maintenance Worker to join our outdoor maintenance team. This role involves general grounds upkeep, mowing, and brush‑cutting work across sites. The ideal candidate will bring robust practical skills, a commitment to safe work practices, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate mowing equipment and undertake regular grass‑cutting duties.
- Perform brush‑cutter and general grounds maintenance tasks.
- Follow all OH&S; procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.




- Work across various outdoor sites, sometimes in physically demanding conditions.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and onsite personnel.
- Medium Rigid (MR) Licence - required for vehicle and equipment operation.
- White Card - Construction Induction Card (mandatory).
- Working With Children Check - must be valid and current.
- Experience and willingness to undertake brush‑cutter work.
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) practices.
- Reliable, physically fit, and able to work in outdoor environments.
