Customer Service Officers - Major Government Projects & Events

McArthur, one of Australia's most respected recruitment and HR consulting specialists, is seeking casual Front of House Supervisors to represent some of the nation's most prestigious venues and organisations. In this leadership role, you'll oversee a team of front of house staff, welcome hosts, and wayfinders, ensuring smooth audience operations, exceptional service, and a safe and welcoming experience for all patrons.

Working closely with our clients, you will supervise day-to-day front of house operations, support emergency procedures, and liaise with on-site partners such as security and cleaning teams to resolve issues quickly. You'll brief and induct staff at the start of shifts, provide ongoing supervision and performance management, and maintain the highest standards of presentation across all guest areas, including accessible facilities and viewing zones.





We're looking for candidates with previous experience in event operations, hospitality, customer service, or retail who can stay calm under pressure and think on their feet. Strong communication, disability awareness, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and volunteers are essential.
