Priceline Pharmacy Victoria Point is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly community pharmacy team on a full time or part-time basis .

This is a great opportunity for someone with pharmacy, retail or customer service experience who enjoys helping people and delivering a positive customer experience. If you have previous pharmacy experience, we would love to hear from you; however, candidates with strong retail and customer service backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

About the Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be one of the friendly faces our customers meet in store. You will provide high-quality customer service, assist customers with their health, wellness and beauty needs, and provide advice on over-the-counter medicines within your level of training.

- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience
- Assisting customers with over-the-counter medicines within scope of training
- Helping customers across health, wellness and general pharmacy products
- Maintaining merchandising, stock and store presentation standards
- Supporting promotional and retail activities
- Working collaboratively with the dispensary and retail teams




- Contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the pharmacy

Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who is positive, reliable and enjoys working with customers.

Ideally, you will bring:

- Previous Pharmacy Assistant or community pharmacy experience, or retail/customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Good attention to detail and an eye for merchandising
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment

Previous pharmacy experience will be highly regarded, but a positive attitude, strong customer service skills and willingness to develop your pharmacy knowledge are equally important.
