Surgical Specialties and LUGI Clinical Stream Manager (Nurse Manager Gde 6) - Perm FT
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative nursing leader who is passionate about improving patient care, supporting teams and driving positive change across complex health services.
Selection Criteria

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Midwife or Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.
Please describe a significant service improvement, model of care change or quality initiative you have led within a surgical, perioperative or related clinical service. What was your approach, how did you engage stakeholders, and what outcomes were achieved?
This role requires leadership across multiple services and sites. Please provide an example of how you have built effective clinical relationships, influenced practice or achieved a shared outcome across multidisciplinary teams or organisations.
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver’s license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) licence within three months of appointment. Learner's licences are not permitted.
