We are seeking an enthusiastic andcustomer-focused HR professional with at least 3 years' HR Advisory experienceto join our People & Culture team to partner with leaders to drive culture,engagement andperformance.

Reporting to the Senior People& Culture Manager, you will provide strategic HR support across a designatedstakeholder group, delivering a broad range of people and culture services. Inaddition, you will support workplace injury management, Return to Workcoordination, and WorkCover claims administration, ensuring compliant andemployee-focused outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Provide advice to managers andstaff on the interpretation of legislation, Award and policies, e.g. NES,Health Professionals and Support Services Award, leave entitlements, exits andterminations, OHS and more.

Partner and coach managers toaddress employee relations issues including performance, conduct and workplaceconcerns.

Guide employees and managersthrough HR processes and procedures.

Support the delivery of strategicHR initiatives such as workforce planning, change management, engagementsurveys, leadership and staff professional development.

Coordinate operational activitiessuch as project support, onboarding and exit interviews, and responding toqueries in the shared inbox.





Prepare reporting and insights to supportdecision making.

Manage workplace injuries andincidents including Return to Work coordination and WorkCover claims

Assisting with psychological safetyconcerns, including work-related stress claims.

Addressing workplace hazards andrisk management issues.

Supporting compliance with WHSlegislation, policies, and procedures

About you:

- Minimum3 years’ experience in a HR Advisor role
- DemonstratedReturn to Work Coordination and WorkCover experience
- Strongknowledge of employment legislation, awards and HR policies
- Experiencemanaging complex employee relations matters

Provenability to provide employee relations advice and deliver people solutions

Excellent stakeholder management,relationship building and communication skill

Demonstrate flexibility andinitiative with the ability to think ‘outside the square’

Strong organisational, administrativeand reporting capabilities

Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment

High attention to detail with afocus on achieving positive outcomes
