Purpose

The Cyber Security Support Analyst is primarily responsible for managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) functions across Angle Auto Finance, with a solid focus on the administration, configuration, governance, and ongoing support of key identity platforms including Okta, Auth0, Microsoft Entra ID, and Identity Protection solutions.

In addition to IAM responsibilities, the role supports broader cyber security operations through participation in security incident response activities, governance, risk and compliance initiatives, security reporting, and the administration of cyber security tools and infrastructure. The role contributes to the effective delivery of Angle Auto Finance's cyber security strategy, regulatory obligations, and risk management objectives.

As Angle Auto Finance continues to adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, this role will also support the implementation and operation of AI security and governance controls. This includes assisting with the monitoring of AI-related risks, supporting compliance with AI governance frameworks and policies, and helping ensure AI solutions are deployed in a secure and responsible manner.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to further develop expertise in Identity and Access Management while gaining exposure across a broad range of cyber security disciplines, including security operations, governance, compliance, and emerging AI security practices.

The successful candidate will play an active role in both the strategic and operational aspects of cyber security, contributing to the ongoing protection, resilience, and innovation of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a clear OEM pipeline strategy, including account tiering and tailored service models.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing and growth campaigns in partnership with OEMs and AAF, collaborating with internal teams to deliver commercially successful initiatives.
- Where required, partner with the Head of Corporate to identify,



acquire, and onboard new OEM dealer opportunities that drive business growth for AAF.
- Drive revenue, finance penetration, and overall business performance through strategic initiatives with OEM partners, dealership networks, and retail teams.
- Identify, develop, and activate recent business streams to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
- Ensure the timely delivery of all OEM and internal reporting, including monthly performance reporting, competitor analysis, governance meetings, campaign planning, and post-campaign performance reviews.
- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulatory obligations, and OEM marketing guidelines, working closely with OEM partners, AAF Legal, and AAF Operations to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Build, influence, and maintain strong strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, establishing trusted long-term partnerships.
- Act as the primary liaison between AAF and OEM partners, coordinating engagement and collaboration across all areas of both organisations.
- Represent AAF through sometimes interstate travel, meeting with OEMs and dealership partners to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and support business growth.

Qualifications

- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Relevant cyber security, cloud, or identity certifications
- Industry Certifications like CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CISA (highly desirable)

Experiences

- Experience in Cyber Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), IT Security, IT Operations, Service Desk, or a related technology support role.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles, including user lifecycle management, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and access governance.
- Experience supporting identity platforms such as Okta, Auth0, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar technologies.
- Good understanding of cyber security principles, common threats, security controls, and incident response processes.
- Experience investigating, troubleshooting,



and resolving technical and security-related incidents and issues.
- Familiarity with security operations, vulnerability management, endpoint security, phishing, and threat detection activities.
- Knowledge of cyber security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, Essential Eight, NIST, and NIST 800-61 Incident Response.
- Experience preparing security reports, audit artefacts, compliance evidence, and operational documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
