We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Senior HR Officer to join our Corporate Services team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, you'll be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR support and play a key role in ensuring our people processes run smoothly.
This is a true generalist opportunity where no two days are the same. You'll gain exposure across:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- HR administration and employee lifecycle support
- Employment contracts and HR documentation
- Employee relations support
- WHS and compliance
- Policy administration
- HR reporting and workforce data
- HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships,
has a keen eye for detail and loves keeping things organised.
You'll ideally bring:
- 1–2 years' experience in HR, recruitment or HR administration
- A qualification (or currently studying) in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and the National Employment Standards
- Experience using HRIS platforms (Employment Hero highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- High levels of professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail
