The Opportunity

As an Investment Associate, you will support the growth of our intermediary business by helping build and strengthen relationships with financial advisers and brokers across Australia. Working closely with our Investment Specialists, you will contribute to business development initiatives, CRM strategy, adviser engagement, capital raising activities and the delivery of high-quality investment communications.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Investment Specialists in building and maintaining relationships with financial advisers, brokers and other intermediary partners.
- Assist with lead generation activities, meeting preparation and adviser engagement initiatives.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective advisers and brokers to introduce Wilson Asset Management and arrange meetings.
- Respond to adviser and broker enquiries and assist with preparing presentations and supporting materials.
- Contribute to growth and capital raising campaigns across intermediary channels.




- Partner with the Corporate Affairs team to develop adviser-focused content including presentations, EDMs, fact sheets and key messages.
- Help optimise and maintain the CRM platform, supporting data integrity, reporting and future growth initiatives.

About You

You are a confident communicator with a genuine passion for investing, relationship building and business development. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with financial advisers, brokers and investment professionals.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience working within the funds management industry in a similar distribution, business development, adviser support or sales support role.
- An understanding of investment markets and financial advice or broker channels.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Confidence engaging with advisers and brokers by phone, and in person.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage relationships, pipeline activity and reporting.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, including the preparation of presentations and client-facing materials.
- Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
