We are seeking an experienced and passionate Learning & Development Consultant to shape the future success of our people and elevate the SEIKO experience across the business. In this dynamic role, you will drive the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of product knowledge, sales capability, and client experience training programs across our Wholesale, Retail and Client Service teams. Through engaging face‑to‑face facilitation, coaching, and digital learning solutions, you will empower our people to confidently represent the SEIKO brand at every client touchpoint. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will develop and implement all of the organisation’s learning programs including product training and ensuring our teams remain knowledgeable, capable, and inspired to deliver excellence.

Key responsibilities

- Design, deliver, and continuously enhance engaging onboarding and induction programs for all recent team members.
- Develop and facilitate world‑class SEIKO product training programs for key business partners, visual merchandisers, and sales teams.
- Lead coaching initiatives in relation to client experience, and the Boutique Selling Ceremony in partnership with department heads.
- Foster a culture of learning excellence by ensuring product knowledge and service standards remain at an exceptional level.
- Manage and optimise our learning management platform,



by developing content and providing insightful reporting on training engagement and outcomes.
- Partner with Client Service to develop impactful coaching programs that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and introduce innovative learning solutions that support business growth.

About you

- Outstanding presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement / management skills.
- Experience identifying training needs and translating them into impactful learning solutions.
- Strong instructional content design capabilities, including developing engaging training materials and learning programs.
- Proven experience facilitating workshops, coaching individuals, and delivering training across diverse audiences.
- A Degree qualification in a related discipline is essential.
- A genuine passion for luxury brands, client experience, and the world of fine timepieces.
