Grampians Health in Horsham is offering a Fixed Term part time Transition to Practice program for Registered Nurses and Registered Midwives, 0.84 EFT (64 hours per fortnight). The role is paid at $41.36–$52.20 per hour.
The aims are to provide support and guidance to the early entry career RN/RM, develop confidence, clinical skills and decision making in care for women during pregnancy, birth and postnatal, and infants requiring special care, with a combined practical/theoretical program.
