About the role

Grow the Wella Professionals and System Professional businesses in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) using creative brand-building techniques to build brand awareness and conversion with consumers, and execute activities that excite stylists and encourage them to stock and use our brands.

Key responsibilities

- 1. Local Brand Strategy & Execution Execute local brand strategies and annual marketing plans for ANZ, ensuring alignment with cluster priorities and global brand direction while delivering solid in-market results.
- 2. Demand Creation Lead local demand generation initiatives across priority brands and categories, leveraging digital, social, education and trade marketing channels to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- 3. Brand Performance Management Monitor and analyse brand, category and campaign performance, identifying opportunities and making recommendations to improve sales, profitability and market share. Support the successful launch of new products, innovations and portfolio initiatives within ANZ, ensuring strong customer adoption and commercial outcomes. Develop and execute channel-specific activation plans in partnership with Sales teams to drive distribution, customer engagement and sell-through performance. Leverage market, consumer and customer insights to identify opportunities,



optimise activations and improve the effectiveness of marketing investments.
- 7. Content & Asset Development Develop locally-relevant content, campaigns and customer-facing assets while ensuring consistency with global and cluster brand guidelines.
- 8. Digital Marketing & Media-Partner with the Communications Team to manage local digital marketing activities including media planning, social media, performance marketing and agency partnerships to maximise marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- 9. Budget Management Manage local marketing budgets and investment allocations responsibly, ensuring resources are deployed effectively to deliver commercial objectives.
- 10. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Sales, Education, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successfully deliver business priorities.
