About the role
Western Health is seeking a Grade 2 Podiatrist to join our Integrated Community Health Services team in a full-time (80 hours per fortnight with an ADO), fixed term position until July 2027.
As a motivated and capable Podiatrist, you will provide client focused assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management for Western Health Podiatry clients within our community outpatient services at Bacchus Marsh, Melton and Caroline Springs campuses.
Our Podiatrists work as a part of the multidisciplinary team to provide support to a broad range of clients in a variety of settings, including community health and subacute services. You will have a varied caseload which will include high risk foot, paediatric, biomechanical and general podiatry clients. You will be a part of a supportive team of Podiatrists, with regular supervision as well as monthly podiatry professional development meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Providing clinical podiatry services, including assessment, treatment, and management of acute, sub-acute, and chronic podiatric conditions.
- Work in a multidisciplinary approach to care.

- AHPRA registration.
- Experience working within community-based settings.
- Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
